Onion Days

We were lucky enough to go to Andy's folks house for Labor Day Weekend. Which means we got to join in on the Payson Onion Days Festivities. It was only the second time I have every got to go to Onion Days so it was a treat. Sunday Night they had a band concert at the Payson park so afterward the girls convinced Andy to sleep out on the tramp at Grandma Helen's house.

 So we got an early start and got to play on the toys at the park before the parade started.

We loved seeing family and enjoyed playing with cousins while we waited for the parade to start.

 The parade finally started and the kids got was to much candy and saw lot of fun things like the BYU Cougar

Brelyn even got in the action. She some how found a sucker and was going to town on it. She was loven it!

 After the parade we went to a car show with Uncle Damon and Aunt Sheral and we found Mater

 On a side not while we were at Grandma and Grandpa Ewell's house I found out how well Tayla could climb!

We had so much fun with family we even got a family pic in Thanks Steph. It is fun being closer to family we are able to see them every now and them.

Amerie is in Preschool

Amerie stated preschool with a co-op we are doing with some ladies in the ward taking turn teaching in our homes. She was so excited to go to "school" like Tayla. She was actually  really mad when I picked her up after preschool and said we were done. She didn't think she had gone to school because she didn't get to go to a big  building like Tayla so after some explaining she was alright and loved it every since.

Amerie was so excited that she go her own mat and binder that she wanted to show it off.

Amerie has grown up so much the last little bit. She love her big sister and has to do everything just like her. Tayla and her play so well together. They love to play pretend and it seem Ameire is usally a dog. She barks just like a little yappy dog. She is thinks she is so big and want to take care of Brelyn or "Ba-len" as she would say it always making funny noise to make her laugh and picks her up to bring to mom when she is not happy( much to Brelyn's dismay). We love our little "bubba" so much. She is such a fun addition to our family.

1st day of school

Tayla started her 1st day of school on Aug 22. She was so excited to go. She couldn't  wait to be in school. She as loved it everyday since.

Tayla want to show her hair off, she loves when people tell her how pretty her hair is!

I am so proud of Tayla she has worked hard to start reading and doing addition and subtraction problems. She is such a good sister and friend to everyone. She has such a kind heart and wants to be kind to all. I love her and going to miss her as she is starting this school adventure. She is my little sweet heart!

Our Little Monkeys

So Andrews nickname for Brelyn came true this week. He has nicknamed her monkey.

The girls got a bunk beds recently and have found it fun to do this

3 Teeth in the last month mean lots of biting on everything and EVERYONE! Ouch Brelyn is a common phase in our home lately .

Ears of Corn

Amerie came over today while I was getting dinner ready. I just finished husking the corn. When I asked what is that holding up a piece of corn. " An Ear of Corn" matter- factly she said. Oh do we hear with this ear? "No" she answers. then why do we call it an ear. "I don't know ".
Then she counted the ears of corn for me.
When did my little toddler get so big to carry on a conversation. I feel like it was just yesterday she was just being to say one word phrases.

Watch out Boise here we come!

We finally made it to Boise! We just got the internet up and running. What did I every do in the days before internet? We moved in and had no phone book to look up number and address, I was lost. But we are back up and in Business. Now if I can keep up the blog we will see. So if you any of you are in Boise you have a place to stay just give us a little ring.

Don't ask me where she got that books belong at Chuck-E-Cheeses. It is also good to know that Amerie thinks that all the schooling Andy is doing qualifies him to work at Chuck-E-Cheeses

Rollin Rollin Rollin

Brelyn Just did her 1st roll from tummy  to back today. I placed her on her tummy and left the room came back and she was on her back. I thought it was just luck so I put her on her tummy again and she rolled right over on her back again so I moved her back to her tummy and a little more effort this time but she rolled again on her back. My baby is getting too big too fast, She just turned 3 months 2 days ago.

We just got back from the WIC Appointment. They measured Amerie. She is one solid girl. With her height she is in the  7%  which is up from were she usually 3%. She is in the 90% for her weight. which is also up from her 80% she usually is. She is such a cutie how we love her.
